Connect your interface to a car and then to computer.
Run MES and push Settings / Interfaces / Scan For Interface...
You will see correct COM port number
Now Change Speed to 115200 and push Test button...

vGate vLinker FS Bluetooth with MES for iOS/iPhone

Also a newbie here, and pretty amazed, not in a good way, by the quality of the instructions, help and support for this product, however good the actual product itself may be.

To attempt to answer this specific question: I bought a vGate vLinker FS OBDII Bluetooth interface (Model CV304) and after some struggling I have got it to work with my Giulia. I am running MES on an iPhone 13 and iPad. I have not used the software in earnest yet, but the connection is working, I can read the data from my car, and I can access the tools to clear codes, reset service intervals and oil warning lights etc.

When setting up the iPhone to connect to the vLinker interface, it is important to chose the right 'Interface Type' setting, which are not particularly clear. I started with 'VGate BLE Bluetooth', but this did not work. I changed to 'OBDLink MX+/Vgate FS Bluetooth, and that worked.

Hope this helps.
