Light conversion issues - 2018 Guilia

Hello all, retuned from the UK this summer where I had to convert my US-spec Giulia to European for brake/rear indicator operation. When I originally converted the lights to EU, I had Auto Start/Stop failure and I've simply ignored the fault. NEW ISSUES: I'm trying to convert my Giulia back to original operations by changing the rear light function back to US operation.

I haven't been able to get the change to take! This change doesn't indicate I need to do a PROXI alignment, but the changes simply won't take effect! I did try to do a PROXI alignment to get it to stay in US-spec, but I kept getting "Failure - Timed out" errors during PROXI. I have the new 5.1, I have the same ELM OBD and the grey and blue cables, no luck at all.

Any suggestions to revert this Giulia back to factory spec/operation?

you just revert settings and do proxi. if alignment didn't finish successfully first time re-do alignment again. check your cable settings if you get timeout errors.
