Ducato x290 Speed limiter

I have speed limiter set to 62 mph but its speed limit from PROXI. Please see picture
What that mean how to change it. Can anyone help me with that ?

Send your proxi,
Connect to car on BCM set CarMonitor and select speed limit
Or connect to ECU and set speed limit there...

Speed limit in Engine ECU is set to "no limit" (that one in which you can choose 90 100 110 and 130)
In BCM Can monitor Speed limitation function is "Disabled".
In BCM Can setup Speed limitation function is "Disabled".

The only place where I have speed limit is in Engine ECU last line at the bottom in "Parameters F4 tab" and it is set to "62mph"

For some reason I can't post pictures it would be easier to explain.
