Abarth 595 Uconnect 7 (Japan import) change locale?

Hi Everyone!

I have imported an official LHD Fiat Abarth from Japan to EU
and the following things really bug me)
-The FM station names don't display
-Only languages in the menu are English and Asian
-No DRL menu (can't turn off\on the DRL)

So I have been trying to do proxy allignemt with my uconnect 7 for the past few days
I have a 2020 Abarth 595 - manual, no sunroof, no cruise, no dusk, no rain sensors
carplay works, I have GPS but no NAVI and also the radio station name don't display
And I'm keeping getting an ETM error B222C-00

And when i do proxy allignment it says - ETM failed - request out of range error

Also I was able to add the DRL menu, but it does nothing and the DRL now only work when I turn on low beams

MES shows you in proxi list of countries you can choose from

I have the same problem after I change to Uconnect7.
There isn't DRL function.
