Park Assist not working after TFT upgrade

Hi guys, I have a Fiat 500 Abarth 2014. Recently I upgraded my cluster to the TFT one, proxy alligned it with MES and it has been working fine.

However, my PDC stopped working right after upgrading. When turning on the ignition a pop up will appear "Park assist unavailable"

Anyone has any idea on how to fix this?
