Ducato Oil Change procedure error

Hi

Just realised I should probably have asked this question here.

I have a registered copy of mes. I’m having a problem resetting the service and oil degradation info on My Fiat x290 Ducato. I have carried out the service interval reset procedure from the service menu and then the Oil change procedure on the engine management ecu. Although this has worked previously, this time however the dashboard display now says “Change Engine Oil” on startup. No other warning lights are on. I’ve tried repeating the procedures and carried out a proxy align (not needed). The problem is still there. Ive sent the reporting log in. Any ideas??

Local garage sorted it using a SnapOn diagnostic machine. Has no one else had a problem like this with what must be the most used MES procedure?
