Cannot connect to Harrison climate control

A have an OBDlink MX module and according to your tables I have connected it with the green cable 1 (I have fully checked the cable with your drawings which it matches exactly)
I access the OBDlink thru my I-Phone 11 on which I have installed your app and bought the registration thru the appstore. When I click on the shopping trolley in the app it shows that I have the full version and that it expires on October 11 2022.
I have connected the obdlink MX with the green cable to my GTV '03 3.2 V6 24V.
When I try to connect to the Harrison climate control it fails to connect.
I can however connect to the motor management system without any problems
Can someone please help me with this problem as I specially bought this licence to solve a problem in the climate control of my car.

I have no experience of the IPhone MES app.

You need to contact MES support directly also check is the app creates and reports that can be sent. The PC version of MES has a send report function so I guessing/hoping that the IPhone app has similar.

Thanks I mannaged to send a report from within the app and have send an email, waiting for an answer now.
