Can't deactivate Start&Stop

Hello again,

I have a Giulietta 1.4 multiair 12/2011.

I tried to deactivate the Start&Stop function, but when I do proxi align, the body programming fails with the error "data out of range". In italian the error is slightly different, it says something that "your car is not supposed to have this feature deactivated".

I am missing something, is there a workaround for this, or I'm supposed to have the S&S always active?

you can try to disconnect IBS sensor - it will say S&S not available and will be disabled all the time. just check if battery is charged properly with it disconnected.

It works that way, but now I have the notification of the S&S not available on the display and it's really annoying.

Is there another way to deactivate it via software?
