Tft cluster swap Byte 65 won't change.

So I have a 2013 fiat abarth North American model and I swapped
My cluster for a 2014 tft and I'm stuck with the crappy 500 base mode, I did the byte 65 changed it to 60 for the abarth model and nothing happens, any idea what's going :( :?:
