Retrieving my Diagnostic report sent to Multiescan

Hello everyone.
Can anyone please advise if/how I can retrieve the report Isent to multiescan after recording all of my error codes? 12 or more. ALl cleared two came back.
Only have a photo of them. did not realise a web page open with your report until my second diagnostic? but the 2nd was limited compared to the first. Really that info.

Look in the program folder where you installed MES.

Probably C:\Program Files (x86) \MultiECUScan

You should find a file named Report??.pdf
