I don't think thare can be "support for SGW" in Multiecuscan. It's a hardware CAN interconnection module, to bypass it you need either a hardware device (it's not a simple jumper set as shown around the internet... ) OR decoding keys generated online by the manufacturer on a session basis for a specific VIN - only for MOPAR tech OEM workshop interfaces.
Unless someone finds the algorithm to generate the keys for bypassing SGW... stop dreaming. That's unlikely, unless some info leaks out.

MES probably could support SGW however as pointed out the encryption keys reside with Fiat.

I've not checked the professional diagnostic market recently but Fiat can not block companies (Like SnapOn) from doing diagnostics on any Fiat group car. These companies will work with Fiat to be able to do whatever Fiat can do. The problem will be COST.

So MES could have a version that support SGW but 60 Euros will just to 600 Euros or more. Or you will have to have a subscription contract with Fiat. You only have to look at their on-line Parts and Service Manuals/Data at 1500 Euros plus. Even more for ECU programming packages.

Country regulatory bodies are already looking at having encrypted can bus / other systems for all new cars in/around 2021. When this happens there will be no SGW to unplug or bypass and it will only be manufacturer kit and independent professional kit supported by vehicle manufacturer's.

Worse still before you are able to purchase kit that will work you might have to prove that you are an authorised VAT/TVA registered automotive business.
