No ecu odometer shows

Hi friends, I have a question. I have the full version of the multiecuscan and work with repair of instrument panels, so I always need to know what the odometer of the vehicle ecu is to align the panel to this parameter when it is submitted to a replacement or repair, the fact is that some vehicles do not I can read the odometer of the ecu, no value is displayed in the parameters, they are: Fiat Strada 1.4 8v iaw 7gf, Fiat Punto 1.8 16v. I would like to know why this occurs and if there is any other way to read the odometer other than the dashboard

Can you check the parameter "Number of programmings"? Maybe somebody tried to change the odometer?
