Adjustments (F7) tab is missing

I'm trying to perform ECU reset for a Fiat Boblo (1.9) as described in this video -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXxVB-Emduw

I'm using Multiecuscan 4.0 registered, but I don't see the adjustments tab. Here's how it looks in the video:

Am I doing something wrong? Do I have a faulty ELM 327 cable?

I think I get it now. ADJ is not supported for Doblo 1.9 Diesel Injection Unit. The guy in the video has a different engine.
