could not connect

Hello,
I just buy a license to be able to reset my service maintenance on my fiat 500L 1.6 multijet.
I have setup the serial port as requested and I use a calbe buy ob odbauto special for fiat.
Each time I try to connect I received a message "Please check your connection cable ?"
When I do the test function It says ready for all...

Can somebody help me to find what I do wrong ?
