Date time settings after remove B&M modul Alfa Mito

HI

Is there a way to set date/time settinge after reming B&M Modul? I have no more the settinges in Dashboard-Menu. With the button on the lever i only can reset trips or browse throught views.
Only if i install back the B&M and the original radio, i see the date/time settings in Menu at dashboard.

My did the same too but I left my blue and me in it

I am still trying to find a way to get date and time back into my car also!
