Lancia Delta immo blocking when connected to OBD

I have ELM327 working no problem until today.
Car - Lancia Delta 2011 Magnetti Marelli ECU. Connected through OBD no problem but cannot start the car when ELM is connected to the car. Immo blocks the engine and cannot start the car - when ELM is disconnected no problem - car starts.
Tried another tester and also no problem - only with ELM and Multiecuscan
What is wrong?

I think the problem is the interface

Exactly same problem - Used another tool and everything was working.

Suspect Lancia to run a different layout on the connection in OBD socket
