License problem after Transfer

Hello,

i have transfer my license from an old Windows XP Laptop to a new Windows 10 Laptop, thats all ok. Then i installed virus scan, firefox new, after the reboot, my Hardwarelicense Key was an Other, and the license is not active on both systems, what can i do?

Why installing those programs should change your hardware key I don't know.

Suggest you Email support with all your relevant information (purchase date, keys etc so they know you are genuine) and they should be able to sort you out.
