MES crashing since v2.2

Been using Launch products instead of MES for sometime now due to Mes crashing

XP rerports this error log

I need to get MES working again I paid for a licence but never got to use thre program due to this error
now i am asked for a new licence again with v2.9

Any way a fix will be appreciated

Is there a way to unregister and move MES to another laptop without launching the software.

I cannot unregister the normal way as the MES crashes

Install MES on the new laptop and make a note of the hardware key.

Write to MES support with details of your original license purchase, old hardware & registration code and the new hardware code/key.

Support should sent you back a new registration code for the new installation.
