Short and Long fuel trims

Post by D22DJ »

Hello,
i need a little help.
Car is Alfa Romeo 147 Selespeed with ECU Bosch 7.3.1.
I have ELM327 and VagCom interface.
It's possible to read short and long fuel trims with MES?

Can someone with this ECU post screenshot with section for reading of this two parameters?

Thank's

The following are the only *possible*? fuel trim factors I can see

False Adaptation bank 1 (mul) (FRA Factor 1)
False Adaptation bank 2 (mul) (FRA Factor 2)
False Adaptation bank 1 (add) (DTV Factor 1)
False Adaptation bank 2 (add) (DTV Factor 2)

These supporting description for these is:

"The items show the mixture correction factors the ECU derives based on the various sensor signals in order to keep the mixture ideal throughout the operating range. These factors compensate for the production/wear tolerances in the air flow meter/lambda sensor/injectors when the engine is idling. Two types of correction factors, Multiplicative (FRA) and Additive (DTV) may be used. They are controlled fully by the ECU and are displayed only for reference."

Multiplicative (FRA) and Additive (DTV) are long and short term fuel trims.
Don't remember any more exact which one is short which one is long...
