Elm327 USB V3.0 ''ecu not responding''

hi everyone,
i have a 2005 toyota avensis 1.6 elegant t25 gasoline, and i connect my notebook to car with elm device. But i can not see any values , i see ''ecu not responding'' or something like that. i put the photo another device but mine device is same too. Sorry of my english i am trying to learn

What software do you want to read your Toyota?
This is about Italian cars I think multiecuscan can not read your Toyota, so you will probably not here to help.

I was try various software. but problem solved, a wire that in elm device was broken ,i solder it .now its working. thank you for your answer

Maybe you can write which wire you fixed or mark the area in photo so when some other toyota owner search for same or similar problem it can find solution immediately.
