I'm a new Panda owner and have just started with this software after years of using VAG-COM on a VW.
I need to do a service reset and the software gives me two options: Service reset (base) and Service reset (comfort). Could someone explain what these terms mean please?

It depends what kind of equipment you have in the car.
You can click on "scan" button and after scan is finished you will see what kind of service interval you have (base or comfort).
But you can also try to do the service reset. Try to connect on first model (base) and if you got message “wrong iso code ...” it means that selected system is not your one. You need to select another one. If everything is ok, there is no “wrong iso code ...” that you selected right service interval system.
