I've been asked a few times what these say status " 00 or 0C"
Can someone explain to me what the Mean?

Is there more Sympole it?

I think it does mean something like which "code" diagnostic equipment should sent to that ecu.
So all options that you execute with MES software they are all sent to ecus in some kind of codes.
All codes are different from each other. So my guess is those are 2 different codes for 2 different ecu tasks, but I am not 100% sure...
