Analyze Injected quantities

Post by Harni999 »

HelloThere,

I have some problems with my Fiat Doblo DPF regeneration. Automated regenertaion during drinving failed. Therefore i tried to start forced regeneration of the DPF. But this always escapes with a error mesage, that "injected quantities are out of permitted range".

My question ist, how can i further analyze what "quantities" are meant, of which cylinder. How can i identify what parameter is wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Ok, same question in other words:

How to monitor parameters (e.g. injection quantities) during execution of a (forced) DPF regeneration? As statet in software feature list, parameter monitoring during actuator test is supported, but I am not able t0o do it. Can you help pls?

Thx

I have a similar problem with latest Multiecuscan on Fiat Doblo with new DPF filter. I reset the ash value/procedure to replace the DPF and then tried to do a regeneration. It starts then this error pops out. The quantity adjustments for individual injectors are quite normal under normal operations. So I'm interested if we could get any more details on what this error actually means?

Any help/info would be highly appreciated.
