Sagem Power Steering - troubles with connection

Hi,

I have problem with connect to Sagem Power Steering in Lancia Thesis. On the dashboard display a red wheel. I have error " check connection ELM->serial. everything other working correctly. How can I solve this problem?

OK, I opened the cover under the wheel, and i didn't have electric power steering. Why I have default? What can I do with this problem?
