Bug ! airbag fiat bravo 2007

Hello Yani, with multiecuscan vers 3.6.2. I was recorded diagnosis of Fiat Bravo 1.6 Multijet 16v year 2008 of airbag system, then upgraded to 1.0 multiecuscan but this time after the update I have not used more to diagnosis of fiat bravo airbags but on the remaining units instead, can not log in in diagnosis airbag, my obd interface works, the error it gives me when I try to get in diagnosis, Elm 327> ECU connection failed!
control interface settings, COM port, pin eobd adequate.
after various controls settings interface, also tried to change the speed of 3800 - to 9800 - but nothing like I always connection failed message.
There is a bug in this version you can, please check

So, you can connect to dasboard and body computer without problems? And only the airbag fails?

you are able to enter into body computer diagnosis and framework, I also successfully executed proxy alignment ok, but right now I want to get in diagnosis airbag me error connection as described in the first post.
