Multiecuscan 2.0 - WORK IN PROGRESS!!!

Post by yani »

Hi guys,

I have not posted a new version for more than a month, and lots of people are wondering what will come next, and when it will be ready.
So, I decided to write this topic and give you some info of what is going on with the project.

I'm currently working on Multiecuscan 2.0.
I made major improvements in the interface, functionality and graphics.
Some of them are:
- grouping of the ECUs - Engine, ABS, Airbag, etc.
- ELM 327 support - the program will have the same functionality as with k-line/VAGCOM cables. ELM 327 v1.3 or newer is required for CAN access
- multilanguage support for the UI
- multilanguage support for the errors and parameters - I currently have most of them in English, German, French, Russian... Will probably have Polish, Chech, Italian, Spanish and Hungarian soon...
- lots of changes and new features in the parameters section
- lots of changes and new features in the graphics/recording section
- generation/saving of diagnostic reports
- new features in the actuator section
- actuator execution status
- STILO SERVICE RESET

I will also add some new ECUs like ABS 5.3 and 1.3 Multijet engines.

Another big change is that there will be an additional commercial version of the program. Some of the above features (like multilanguage parameters and errors) will be available only in the comercial version.

My current plan is to have Multiecuscan 2.0 ready by the end of March.

Regards,
Yani

Hello, this is a great job, congratulations! I wanted to know if it will support the old ECU (before 1999) eg ECU Magneti Marelli IAW 1AF (Bravo '96) in a future version of multiecuscan (maybe the version 2.0 ???)

Best regards
