As far as I know the low beam headlights of all Fiats (and Alfa) work this way.
The low beam switch in my car is always set to ON... The headlights switch on when I start the car (or turn the key to MAR)... and switch OFF when I turn the key to OFF.

Hello, your question, but what it refers to, because I can only tell you that starting up the body computer disables the various consumers for a more immediate starter, then immediately after he started the engine and immediately reactivated.

Hello sev, then I'll explain you can only turn on and off the light during the day, instead of the light beam must switch them through the stalk, then I do not know what you mean

I think what Sev is trying to say is this.

In his country he has to drive in the day with dipped beam headlights OR Daylight Running Lights.

As he does not have Daylight Running Lights he has to run with dipped headlights.

However with dipped headlights the side lights, number plate lights, dashboard back lighting, etc. etc. are also turned on.

He just wants the dipped headlights and leave all the otherlights OFF.
