Finally I have solved this problem - was with broken elm converter.
Anyway I found problem with multiecuscan ver 5.3 - during proxi aligment, shall configure TPMS without grey adapter. Not with, like now.

I got specific problem. When key are i ON position I cannot connect to body/ecu. Otherwise, when OFF, normally comunicate, but cannot discover other modules by CAN connected. This obviously implicated problems with proxi.
Patient - ducato 290MCA, sgw bypass applied.
