How to pair Vgate iCar Pro bluetooth 4.0 on Windows

Hi, I would like to use my iCar Pro dongle (the one I usually use with my iphone) to windows 11 to be able to use with MES
Anyone hase successful paired?
Actually I'm unable to discover it on visible BT devices through windows 11 interface :(
