Like you I'm hoping that someone will have further information on this. This is what I understand; 1) As you know on some later models the BCM is integrated into the BCM 2) Currently I believe you bypass this by connecting to the CAN Lines down stream of the BCM. So your current licence, with updates will expire on 23 Sept 2025. I recommend you update to the latest level as soon as possible. If there is another update before 203 Sept 2025 then install that as well as soon as it appears. You do NOT have to uninstall to update. Just run the installer. It will ...

All versions of MES are Free however as noted in the Vehicle Support listings some cars & nodes have full free support and others (mainly CAN Bus functions) require a paid for License. So you can download and run V5.1 (or any older version) but node/module support may require a license. To my kn...

When you have actually connected to the relevant ECU (e.g. engine) then MES on the Parameters tab (F4) will show all the coded available parameters that can be read.
To check this out without connecting to the car use the Simulate (F10) mode.
