Re: 500x stop nd start
As I said (maybe I was not clear) the free version shows everyting that is available in the purchased version. I can NOT see any Start/Stop setting in the latest version of MES for the 500X. I've had comments from a Fiat Master Technician the wiTECH does not support some items that MES does. Check O...

Re: 500x stop nd start
Not that I can see directly as a function. My 2015 500X has a button on the dasboard to disable the Start / Stop. I guess coould be done via custom Proxi change but I've not ever seen any details here. You could disconnect the battery sensor module. After some time the S / S will probably stop worki...

Re: Why there is no misfire count for GME T4 engine
I've not checked misfire counts in my other diagnostic software (MaxiECU) but generally MES is far cheaper than other commercial software that may have misfire counts. On the other hand some commercial diagnostic application don't support "custom" proxy changes. You can always send an Emai...

I use OBDLINK SX. No problems. However depending on car system/node you will need the relevant adaptor cable(s).

Re: No Adapter works for PROXI Alignment
Personally I would never use Bluetooth for Proxy changes/configurations. When doing simple things like data reading, actuators, service resets etc. then if communications drop, or get corrupted, etc. then no realy harm is none. However with writing proxy data to the BCM if that screws up then *any* ...

Re: Immediate crash launching MultiEcuScan - advise needed
Support / Yani used to be here on a regular basis till I took over as basically the only moderator. Now Yani / Support can focus on development and more "tricky" support issues. As you will have noticed these forums are very busy with a lot of traffic on user exchange of things like Proxy ...

Re: No Adapter works for PROXI Alignment
The default speed for MES is 38400. HOWEVER for some vehicles and Proxy then MES will switch to 115200. You have to select interface type as “ELM 327 1.3/1.4/1.4b/2.1 (High Speed)”. It is the last item on bottom of the list. Then leave the port settings at 38400. The speed of the ELM interface is au...
