I do have the OBDLink SX with the yellow (3) connector and proxy alignments are doable however I takes lots of tries to connect to the proxy menu's

Hi All, I have a strange issue with my OBDLink SX and the yellow connector. I have the full license for multiecuscan Whenever I try to get into the the PROXY alignment tab the software gives one of these errors ''Unrelaible communication'' ''Empty proxy file'' The strange thing is after I tried a mi...
