Has anyone else encountered this problem?

When replacing the 3,5" instrument cluster with a larger 7", all text like song titles, navigation guidance and contacts are diplayed shortened/incomplete like on the smaller display - with "..." I suppose that is controlled by the BCM and possibly there is a way to change it in ...
