Use the Send Report function (lower right next to multiecuscan legend) and then Email MES Support. I did a full removal and now Multiecuscan works great. If you have SGW then it will/should be listed when you first start MES and in scans for modules. You may have ones of the notoriously bad ELM cloned devices that do not work correctly.
