I'm seeing the same problem on my 2019 Giulia QF. No connection with or without adapter 5. I'm also not seeing a lot of other modules, only a very few show up with the adapter, and a few others without.
I wonder if adapter 6 is actually what's needed on this model?

Has anyone else tried?

Hi- Having traded my 2015 Giulietta for a 2019 Giulia QF (thoughts and prayers for my wallet..) I wanted to check an error, so dug out my OBDLink SX adapter. I am up to date with MES v4.7 When I connect, engine running, using the A5 (blue) adapter, I can only see 7 modules, certainly not all the one...
