I contacted Obdlink SX support people and they were very helpful.

After the light blinks a few times, set the baud rate to 115200. After this multiecuscan connected.

I might have a similar problem, on MES 4.6R1.
The software cannot connect to interface (Obdlink SX), probably because there is no baud rate option "1000 000". It seems the interface needs it. I posted a topic about it.

Hello, I have the proper drivers for obdlink SX, windows 10 recognizes it fine and it works in OBDwiz. Multiecuscan cannot connect to the interface, no matter what I try.
