Can such a feature be made so that the valves of the pump should stay open for some minutes so that you can bleed the brakes + pump ?

Try with a different elm327 interface, not all perform correctly, also you can try to change the usb port you connect it to your laptop and you should have a good battery on the car (before changing the battery it also failed on my car but with the new battery fully charged it works).

This feature is usually on german cars.
It depends it the body computer supports it but I doubt that this is supported by the stilo body computer
