Account Usergroup

Hello,
I've bought multiecuscan license on 13 Jul 2019. Intially my account was assigned to "Licensed" group. So I can write on reserved channel (Support ONLY), but now I can't see my old post and my account is assigned to "Registered" group.
Can anyone help me?

I've tried your update, this is the result:
setting byte 115 to 10 USB work fine
setting byte 148 to 05 AUX work fine
using blue adapter I can connect to Clima

there's a way to connect to uconnect5?
