If you have a vag/kll obd connector and the 3 pin adapter, you have to disconnect the L line in the 3 pin adapter. If i remember right the code 1A means that there is an internal failure in the Airbag ECU unit. The only way to delete the error is to reprogram the Airbag ecu eeprom. or get another Airbag ecu unit from anothere car with the same number as you have on your Airbag ecu unit.
