You will not be able to use your licence as its the multiplex version you have you could conntact support and explain your problem they may be able to help.

Try pressing service button on ctc interface ie hold button and connect to pc usb 2 port that should put it in loopback mode.

You shoul be able to use your key you got with multiecuscan software I think your licence is paired with ctc interface serial no.

Your sd card could be faulty on ctc interface. ( the internal sd card could have been corrupted if its not disconnected from pc properly )
