The 1999 spider does not have a 3 pin connector in the passenger footwell? Have looked all over and cannot see this

I have an alfa spider t spark 1999. have purchased multiecuscan diagnostic lead to turn off the light but can anyone help with using this? have plugged into 16 pin port in car and pressed F9 and seems to OK up to this point but when I press F10 it does not connect to ECU to turn off airbag.
