Is there any possibility to connect Multiecuscan on Suzuki Wagon R 1.3 DDIS 70Cv as it's a Fiat engine ?

Odometer difference value
Hello,
I just bought an Alfa Romeo Brera 2.4 JTD 200CV.
I connect my multiecuscan to have a look at the parameters and stored defaults.
I notice a little difference between odometer indicate by Mutiecuscan ' 175000km' and and display value '180000km'.
How it can be possible?

Cannot change injectors code
Hi, I have changed the injectors on my Fiat Punto '03 1.3 JTD because of excessive black smoke. Now it's less smoke but I didn't solve the problem completly. I decided to change the injectors code using Multiecuscan function F7 but after many attemps it didn't works... still old Injectors code in F4...
