I solved it! The resistor was under, and not to unsolder everything I removed the plastic under the pin to access it and I removed the resistor. Now everything works perfectly! Eddy Thanks for the advice.
Greetings.

Hi,
I have found that there are resistors under the tab at the bottom ( as I indicated in the figure) , where they attack the 16-pin ! how can I get them ? come off the 16 pin from the plastic ?

Hi,
I measured between pin 6 and pin 14 , and indeed the value is 120 ohms. so there is resistor . now we have to find the bastard resistor

Hi Eddy,
unfortunately I can not unsolder the board, but the photos I sent you do see it in all angles.
The only resistors under the board are: R5 (473 ohms), R6 (103), R7 (103), R16 (102), R17 (102).
It could be r5?

Hello Eddy, I bought this elm327 interface (v1.5) and connect it to the engine control unit, but does not connect to other control can as the body computer. My car is Alfa MiTo 1.4 16v and I also bought the adapter type A3 for multiecuscan. To connect to the CAN line in addition to connecting the A3...
