Many thanks Alfaeddy, for the bluetooth elm, in my version the resistor R1 is removed ( I didnt remove) but still cant work can system.
Maybe is eobd plug problem pinout.

Hello I have this elm327 ,can I remove only resistor 04, or must to solder some resistor and capacitor on the can line
And also have this bluetooth elm327, is there any resistor to must remove.
