have full license software and all the leads from Gendan but i cannot connect to engine ecu.
has anyone got an idea of what im doing wrong

hello justinstalled new software with license.
license emailed to me but is invalid.
have emailed multiscan for help.

how long before they reply as i have to go to work soon
