On most cars this code can me calculated from the memory content of the immobilizer control box, but you need special equipment to read it, and special software to calculate the code. Try Googeling "PIN from dump"

I guess this indicates that the ECU is not virgin, i.e. it is married to the immo system.

The term virgin is very commonly used when speaking about ECUs, so I think it would be better to use that expression in MES.

I hava an Alfa GTV 2.0TS -97 with the 2.10.4 ECU.
Is it possible to use MES to enter the emergency start code on the Alfa code card? I believe this can be done with Fiat Examiner?

What is tha part nr on your airbag ECU unit? Some early TRW units are not supported by MES as far as I know.
