Before your customer brings his car back you can do a "Test Connection" in MultiECUScan. Select Car Select ECU Press CTRL key and then select CONNECT. You will get a valid ECU ISO code but just carry on connecting with the YES option. Now look at the Actuators Tab. Hopefully you will see ...

Ok, undertstand If you do a SCAN (F11) you should get a report back of the modules and ISO codes. Post the ECU ISO code back to this thread. Post back ECU ISO coade Yani will be able to give you a definitive response regarding support. Or you could just post to the Requests thread for support for y...

That's my problem I think. I can connect to the service but not to the Engine ECU. Its a 2010 vehicle so maybe the software not recognising the ECU yet
