Metatron injector test "S.C. to ground"

Hi all, yesterday I've made some test on a Multipla Natural Power.
The Metatron ECU can make some tests, and did it for the injector. The number 2 and 4 post a result that says "s.c. to ground".

What does it mean?

Thanks in advance.
