Re: Switching Body Computer (pics)
Its not so much age difference as design difference. The cars are not the same. Given its a body computer, think of all the switches, outputs and connection differences between the two. Body modules are very limited computers designed for a specific task and dont have the ability to talk to differen...

Re: Multipla Remote and Alarm
Or does anyone know of a tool which might communicate with these computers ? (except Examiner).
Can I use multiecuscan to at least read the faults, if I communicate down pin 11 of OBD ?
Thanks for any help.

Multipla Remote and Alarm
Hi is it likely to be added connection and adaptions for the Multipla Alarm and Remote computers ? I have one which triggers the alarm within 15 seconds of locking the car with the remote, and dont really have anything to try to figure it out with.
Thanks,
Rickey.

Re: Free updates no longer lifetime, now only for 1 year...
I'm more than happy that there will be a annual charge. This is healthy behaviour for a product to continue to be developed. As a 'professional' user I think its fair to pay more that a hobby user. Maybe the way to encourage more 'professionals' to pay extra, is with support and features, like the c...

Re: keycode not accepted
What year is the vehicle ? Did you get the code printed out or written on a piece of paper, or on a card ? It should be 5 digits, and is often called the electronic code. I'm an autolocksmith in the UK. Its not unknown for the dealer not to have recorded the correct code for the vehicle. Also check ...

Re: Punto 1.9 JTD 2000my Proxi Alignment Failed
Ah, I didnt know that was not possible. I assumed because the cluster has a glow plug light in it, that it could be adapted to diesel. Is there any way to change the coding with a soldering iron, i.e. can I put a different dump onto a processor or eeprom to make it a diesel cluster ? Thanks, Rickey.

Punto 1.9 JTD 2000my Proxi Alignment Failed
Hi,
I changed the dashboard node, and attempted to do a Proxi alignment. It failed. Part is a compatible part. I've done several dash swaps on petrol cars without problem. Do you have any ideas on how to proceed. If you have some beta release, I can get the car back to test it.
Thanks,
Rickey.
